1. Product Introduction

The precision zirconia (ZrO₂) ceramic classifying wheel adopts high-efficiency and accurate airflow classification technology, enabling narrow particle size distribution control in ultrafine powder processing. Especially for magnetically sensitive materials such as lithium battery materials, its non-magnetic property completely eliminates iron contamination during the classification process and ensures high product purity. It is specially applicable to the production of battery cathode materials with strict iron content requirements, including lithium cobalt oxide, lithium iron phosphate, and ternary materials. It supports high-precision and low-loss fine classification operations in the fields of new energy batteries and electronic ceramics.
